In accordance with the clause 354 of the Korean Commercial Law and the clause 15 section 3 of Article of MedPacto, Inc. the ccompany shall suspend the following changes to the register of shares, registration of pledge, change of the pledge, wish.
1. standard date of shareholder list closure: June 20 2018
2. shareholder list closing period : June 21 2018 ~ June 28 2018
